The Merchant must enter a credit and debit processing agreement and rent a minimum of 1 terminal from Clover, and complete 180 days of processing activity starting from the date of the agreement. Payment will be made to the bank account associated with the Merchant’s account 6 months after the first transaction.
Merchants must reach a minimum of $10,000 in combined Visa and Mastercard processing volume within the first 6 months of activation. Accounts must remain open and actively processing during this period.
The rebate is calculated at the sole discretion of Alphapay in consideration of the merchant’s total processing volume. It will be applied to a merchant’s account in the form of a one-time rebate up to a maximum of a $500 within 60 days after the first deposit date.
Limit to one-time use per business entity and location. Businesses that have previously used Clover with the same registered company name and business address are not eligible, unless a new store has opened at a different address. Restrictions may apply.
