The new homepage surfaces real-time business data upfront. Merchants can track today’s net revenue, monitor transaction volume, view refunds, and check available balances at a glance. Built-in currency rate tracking also gives instant reference for Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, and other channels, without needing to leave the app.
For businesses operating multiple storefronts or merchant accounts, AlphaPay App 2.0 makes switching seamless. There’s no need to log in and out. Account transitions happen instantly and securely within the app.
A Comprehensive Payments Toolkit
The new version supports both in-person and remote payment use cases. Merchants can:
Scan customer QR codes to receive payments on the spot
Display a fixed store-specific QR code for quick, repeat transactions (including pre-authorizations and UnionPay QuickPass)
Generate one-time or reusable QR bills for remote or scheduled payments, with support for expiry time and variable amounts
Enable pre-authorization for deposits in industries like hospitality or vehicle rentals
These tools are designed to simplify checkout and make payment acceptance more flexible across use cases.
Greater Visibility Into Every Transaction
All transactions are now fully searchable, with filters for date, status, and type. Refunds—whether full or partial—can be initiated directly from the order view. For merchants using QR bills, payment status can be tracked in real time.
AlphaPay App 2.0 also brings tighter integration with financial operations. Daily and monthly settlement reports are accessible directly from the app, alongside downloadable PDF-format financial statements for easy bookkeeping. A dedicated refund reserve account ensures refund reliability even during low-balance periods, with automated or manual top-up options.

AlphaPay App 2.0 introduces improved account and store-level management:
Edit key merchant details like contact info and address
View or update linked bank accounts
Add or remove staff, set role-based permissions, and enable secure logins via WeChat
These updates reduce dependency on customer support and give business owners direct control over team and store configurations.
Built for Security, Configurable By Design
New security settings let merchants manage password changes and account safety directly. Display options for the customer-facing payment screen are also customizable, giving businesses greater control over the user experience at checkout.

AlphaPay App 2.0 is now live on iOS 和 Android. Existing users can update their app to access the latest version. For new users, setup is fast and onboarding is frictionless—no long-term contracts, and support for both online and in-person payments from day one.
