常见问题

  • 商户收款金额为加币，不会受到汇率波动的影响。消费者在支付时会以实时汇率支付人民币。
  • T+2 (2 个工作日)，可以自定义清算时间，比如：T+1、T+3、weekly, monthly。
  • 微信、支付宝以及银联云闪付与银行借记卡一样，不会产生任何拒付行为。如果出现欺诈或手机丢失等情况，消费者有责任保护自己账户的安全。同时，微信及支付宝为每位用户提供了每年100万人民币的保险，如果账户资金出现任何问题，会由保险公司进行赔付。
  • 所有交易会在太平洋时间（PST）上午12：00自动切断，无需商户手动进行结算。
